ZoroKart - Terms and Conditions

ZoroKart is not liable for any loss arising from misuse or unauthorized access of your account due to failure to maintain confidentiality.

• All purchases are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion.
• Product details (price, description, availability) may change without prior notice.
• An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order; it confirms receipt.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. ZoroKart is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed after product inspection.

7. Payments & Security

All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your credit/debit card or UPI information. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment details.

10. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability

ZoroKart acts as an online platform to facilitate buying and selling of products. We are not responsible for disputes, non-performance, or issues arising between buyers and third-party sellers. We do not own or take responsibility for the quality, legality, or availability of products sold by third-party vendors. ZoroKart will not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by out-of-stock, unavailable, or backordered products.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Modifications

ZoroKart reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
